Our Mission!

Eleven Forest Hill members will be traveling to the Dominican Republic to finish the ground breaking work that last year’s team started- a multi-functional building to be used as a church and community center in an area called La Romana. The area is extremely impoverished and the people there are in great need for a place to worship, to gather in fellowship and a respite from the heat of the summers and the tropical storms and hurricanes that frequent the island.

In addition to construction, we’ll have the opportunity to meet many of the locals to learn about their lives and to share with them the love of Christ.

Prayer Requests:
> Pray that we can raise the financial support that we need! Each team member needs $2,000 to cover transportation, food, lodging, building materials and the hiring of professional laborers to help with the project. If you would like to give toward the trip, go to the "Donate" button on this page. To designate your donation to a specific team member, there is a line to do so before you confirm your contribution.

> Pray that God will prepare our hearts and direct our steps as we get ready for the trip. It is an honor to be able to bring hope to believers and those in need of Christ.

Please stay tuned regularly for updates and more details about our upcoming fundraising events.

God bless!
